Dr. Ann Hoscheit

Dr. Hoscheit founded Summit Eye Associates in 2003 with the goal of establishing an eye care practice that integrates personal service with state-of-the-art technology.

Her vision included focusing on disease prevention and vision preservation by focusing on the whole person - not just their eyes.

 

She has achieved that vision by:

  • Completing a Fellowship in Anti-aging and Regenerative Medicine and being granted Diplomate status by the American Board of Anti-Aging Health Practitioners
  • Achieving Certification as a Specialist in CRT(Corneal Refractive Therapy) fitting
  • Bringing the latest technology advances to Summit Eye with her participation on:

Dr. Sandra Farnham

Dr. Farnham's vision as an eye care professional was to be part of a comprehensive optometry practice, with an emphasis on function, comfort and vision preservation. Summit Eye was the answer. Her clinical expertise, attention to detail, and compassion have resulted in loyal patients.

Pediatrics, specialty contact lenses, and binocular vision are Dr. Farnham's optometric areas of interest.

Dr. Rachael Wruble

Dr. Wruble sees the eye as a piece of the puzzle – interconnected to the rest of the body. So a problem with the eye can be a result of a problem with the body. She wanted to be a part of a practice where exams are not just about the eye, but a part of the comprehensive care of the entire patient. Establishing a personal relationship with her patients is also important to her, so becoming a part of Summit Eye Associates was a perfect fit.

Her optometric areas of interest have focused on ocular disease, specialty contact lenses, and low vision.

Dr. Meredith LeBlanc

Dr. LeBlanc has been involved in Optometry since the age of 6! That's right...her Mom worked for an Optometrist and her O.D. was a big part of her life. She decided at an early age that she wanted to be involved in other people's lives the same way.  Being part of something that is as vital to people's lives as sight makes every day an uplifting experience. One of her favorite things about being an Optometrist is helping her patients do what they love a little better because they can see.
